The Mid-Atlantic folks figured out the mysterious leak on my water treatment system. Their visit was quickly scheduled, they arrived at the planned time, fixed the problem promptly, and we had a friendly conversation. As a long time customer, this has been my usual experience.

These folks are amazing. Ian and his partner came out on a Friday afternoon when the system alarm went off and they fixed it in minutes. Sam also was a champ getting them to us as I was beginning to have a meltdown. These folks really do take care of their customers. Thank you as I had just had major surgery and definitely needed clean water.
We recently moved into a home with a treatment system installed by Mid Atlantic Water Services. We weren't sure how to operate everything so we gave them a call and they sent a technician out to show us how to maintain it and how everything worked. The technician, Tim, was very nice and super helpful. So far we are very pleased with the service we have received.
David and Cameron were nothing short of the best possible duo when it comes something as important as your home water system. We have a tiny water treatment room in the house and they managed to do an immaculate plumbing job so that areas in the room were still easily reachable. Bonus for being great with dogs. Truly a great company to work with.

Technicians were very polite. They did a scan of my system just in case something was leaking and they would have to call more qualified service workers in. All was well though.
