Salary: $60,000 to $100,000+ per year
Job Summary
The Sales Consultant’s primary duty is to specify correct water treatment and plumbing solutions, and via due diligence and effective communication, close sales. Thorough training and ongoing coaching and mentoring will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and deliver a structured sales presentation based on the needs communicated by the customer
- Prepare and present effective proposals with suggested options
- Utilize CRM tools and social media methods to prospect for new business
- Establish a referral program by building relationships with industry-related partners
- Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in water testing, water treatment, and plumbing solutions
- Conduct after-sale follow up with the customers
Qualifications
- 0-1 year experience in the field or customer service and sales experience in a different application
- Insurable driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated
- Must have reliable transportation
- No felonies on background check

Service Technician
Service Technician
Full-time
Salary: $40,000 to $80,000 per year
Job Summary
Full-time service technician able to manage your own truck and service calls.
Responsibilities
- Water treatment service: must be able to do general maintenance on water softeners, filters, UV systems, chemical pumps, etc. Training is provided; no experience is necessary.
- Water Heaters: Rinnai experience is a plus. Must be able to service basic water heaters, but high efficient tanked and tankless water heaters are a plus. Training is provided.
- Service: Must be able to work on and troubleshoot all systems stated above. Sales experience is a big plus, but we provide a lot of training.
