Mid Atlantic Water Services does an excellent job maintaining my water treatment system. They arrive promptly and are clean and courteous. Best of all, the water treatment system works flawlessly due to their maintenance procedures.

This was my first encounter with MAWS as we just bought a home that they had serviced in the past. I could not be more pleased. Tim, the tech, was extremely knowledgeable, careful, and efficient. He explained the whole system to me, showed how to change a filter, and moved a lot of heavy salt bags to a convenient location. I highly recommend!

Tim was excellent in all respects. I called him on a Saturday evening and received a call back within 30 minutes where he gave me service options and costs. When I requested service on a Sunday morning he called back to confirm the time. When he arrived on time he performed the service quickly and completely. A real pleasure to work with.

I called on a Monday morning after determining that my conditioning system was not functioning. I was initially told that a service tech was not available until Friday, but then received a call an hour later telling me that Jason was on his way. He came and fixed the problem immediately. This is one example of the service responsiveness I have come to expect from MAWS over 20 years for my water conditioning, plumbing, irrigation, and leak detection needs.

I am happy to have switched my Hillsmere water treatment systems to MAWS. It is always a pleasure to see Chris when he arrives to mentor me. He came today for a no cost tutorial and check-up.

We had quite a lengthy educational session today which included action and explanations. I appreciate the helpful teaching I receive from MAWS as my water system is very complicated and my house is old and often failing me. Because of Chris and his staff I can drink my tap water for the first time in 25 years.

The service was great. I had been having sewer problems and 2 other companies even though they replaced parts of sewer line could not fix problem. Mid-Atlantic came in used pipe snake with camera, which the others did also, but they found problem, unclogged and showed us areas that maybe concern in future and how to maintain shower and bathtub pipes.

I am so grateful for their expert service.

Adam and Wayne found the leak in the shower within 10 minutes of getting there and repaired the broken shower valve. They also fixed a leak repair at my sink that had bothered me for 3 years! Prompt and efficient as always and then were done in record time for me to make my doctors appointment. Why would anyone use another Water Company in Annapolis when Mid-Atlantic is the best!

Actually, everything was great! I don’t go Google, Facebook or Birdeye, but I wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with Jason’s professionalism. He was very patient and helpful, allowing me to watch what he was doing and answering my many questions. We moved to MD about 2 years ago and I had never had a water well system before, so he not only did his work but educated me in the process. I very much appreciate him and give him, and your company, a “5-Star” rating. Use this review in any way you might find useful.

You have some good people that work for you, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Jason Redman.  First, he responded to a panicked wife on Sunday night while I was out when the old water softener started continuously back flushing.  While on the phone he walked her through the process of bypassing and shutting down the malfunctioning unit.  Yesterday, once things were sorted out (thank you!) he installed a new water softener and then took the time to explain all of the different features and functions of the unit.  I was impressed when she was able to share this information upon my return home.  It’s for this type of service, really someone going the extra mile, that we seek out and support local businesses.  We have used your firm for nearly ten years now and are, in the spirit of the season, thankful for the service and support you have provided over the years.  Again, our thanks to you and Jason for the care and service you provided!
